To install Office 2016:


  1. Go to https://portal.office.com/ and select Sign in.
  2. Sign-in with your log-in credentials provided by our Support Team.  

  3. In the upper right corner, click on Install Office to install 32-bit Office. Choose "Other installs" to look for downloads different than Office 32-bit, such as the 64-bit version, Visio, Project, etc.

  4. Wait for the installer to finish setting up Office.



To activate Office, you may generally want to activate it over the internet with your Office credentials. After you finish installing, you will get a prompt to sign-in to Activate Office. Just enter your Office 365 credentials provided by our Support Team, and that should activate your software.
